Recognition, travel & community

The parts people talk about

Awards, trips, volunteer days and team nights are the reasons most of our people are still here well past their first year.

We recognize wins with weekly shout-outs and monthly award nights, and the whole company comes together for an annual banquet.

Growth Academy New York morning team huddle
Day in the life

What a Tuesday actually looks like

There is no mystery and no fine print here, because this is the rhythm of a completely normal day on the team.

8:30am

Morning huddle

We put the numbers on the board, run a quick skill drill and hand out the day's territory assignments.

On the team
10:00am

Field time

You head out with your team for real conversations, and your mentor is beside you through your first weeks.

On the team
1:00pm

Team lunch

Everyone eats together, and the debriefs happen over food instead of in a conference room.

On the team
2:00pm

Second push

You head back out with targets adjusted around whatever worked that morning.

On the team
5:00pm

Debrief & recognition

We post the results, call out the wins by name and leave you with coaching notes for tomorrow.

On the team
6:00pm

Optional team night

Some of the team plays softball or trivia and some head straight home, and nobody keeps track of who stays.

Our values

Four things we hold each other to

01

Growth is taught

Nobody is expected to already know how to scale, so we teach the skills deliberately and coach them daily.

03

We think like owners

From your first week you are trusted to run your territory, own your numbers and make the call.

02

You earn the next seat

Promotions are decided by a written scorecard rather than by who you know or how long you have waited.

04

We develop people, not headcount

We invest in the person first, because stronger leaders are what build stronger businesses.

What the team says

I joined with no business background. Fourteen months later I'm leading a team of eight and coaching the people behind me.
